About Me

Hi, I’m Alissa 🤍

I’m a mum and a personal trainer based in Raheny, Dublin.

After becoming a mother, I didn’t recognise my body anymore. I felt weak, disconnected, and overwhelmed — even though motherhood itself was the most beautiful experience of my life.
What I missed most was feeling like myself again.

Everything changed when I discovered strength training. Not as a way to “bounce back”, but as a way to rebuild confidence, energy, and trust in my body — slowly and sustainably.

That journey inspired me to train as a personal trainer and to support other mums who feel unsure where to start, short on time, or disconnected from their bodies after pregnancy.

My sessions are gentle, practical, and realistic. Babies are welcome, sessions can be done in your home or outdoors, and everything is built around your life — not the other way around.

If you’re a mum who wants to feel strong, confident, and supported again, you’re in the right place.

Motherhood doesn’t pause so we can take care of ourselves — and that can make it hard to prioritise movement, rest, or time for you. I know how overwhelming that can feel.

This photo represents why I do what I do. I believe training should fit into real life, not the other way around. It can happen with your baby nearby, outdoors, or at home — without pressure to “bounce back” or follow unrealistic routines.

My approach is gentle, supportive, and realistic. It’s about rebuilding strength, confidence, and trust in your body, at a pace that feels right for you.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a safe place to start.
