Showing up is already the hardest part.
From there, we move gently — together.
Your first session is about getting to know you — your body, your needs, and where you’re at right now.
We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, with plenty of options and rest when needed.
There’s no pressure to perform or push through discomfort.
The goal is to feel supported, safe, and confident from the very start.
