What to expect
Showing up is already the hardest part.
From there, we move gently — together.
Your first session is about getting to know you — your body, your needs, your goals, and how you’re feeling right now. This allows your training to be tailored specifically to you, whether you’re new to exercise after having a baby or returning to strength training.
We move at a pace that feels right for you, with plenty of options, rest when needed, and space for real life — including babies, breaks, and off days. Sessions can take place outdoors or at home, making training flexible and realistic.
There’s no pressure to perform or push through discomfort. The focus is on safe postnatal strength training, rebuilding core and pelvic floor function, and creating consistency in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
The goal is for you to feel supported, comfortable, and confident from the very start — with baby-friendly personal training that fits into your life as a mum.
